The past is bygone,
and the done should be done.
And yes,
though the past do shape the present,
it shouldn't directly interfere it.
The past and the present
should not exist together
on same point of the space-time continuum.
Its simply forbidden,
its ridiculous!
And just when I thought I have left everything in the past,
they somehow creep back out into the present,
distorting everything I've set in place.

Tube Strike
So, there was a 48-hour tube strike between June 9 and June 11 called by RMT union. Trust me, it was disastrous. The whole london transport system was basically paralysed. There were congestion everywhere and you have to take alternative routes which take forever to travel from one place to another. The streets were all crowded with the city dwellers whom usually commute underground. Though replacement buses were available, they were still not enough to cope with this tube strike. I'm sure that this whole tube strike incident had a massive impact on London's economy.
Now, I'm not a frequent public transport user. Throughout the strike, I only had to use the public transport to send a friend to the airport. However, that experience itself was really unpleasant. It must have been even worse for those who depend heavily on the tube network. On a normal day, it will take me about 1 hour and 10 minutes to get to Heathrow airport (10 minutes walk to King's Cross Station + 1 hour tube journey) and the whole journey will cost roughly £2. But yesterday, it took us more than an hour by bus to get to Paddigton station and the alternate connecting rail to heathrow would take half an hour and it was £10 for a return ticket. At the end of the day, I just sent my friend off at Paddington Station because I was running late for another appointment and the additional cost to the airport was just too much for me.
Tube strike. It was really an irresponsible action of the RMT union. But I do not deny that it is an effective leverage card for the union. I didn't follow the news till the end, I wonder if the union manage to gain anything from the negotiation. Nyeh, nasty bastard.

There will be no more,
squash games in my hall.
There will be no more,
trips to China town.
There will be no more,
cheap flights round the continent.
There will be no more,
tea breaks in your kitchen hall.
Thank you for the great time spent,
amazing, indeed it was.
Thank you for the time you shared,
boring, you must be kidding.
Thank you for the random message,
thank you for getting the door,
thank you for the things you've done,
I thank you for being there.
Now that you're leaving,
let's keep things simple,
Safe flight and good luck.
I'll see you soon again.
Now that you're leaving,
its sad but oh well.
Take care and good bye,
you will be sorely missed.
Thank you for the great time spent,
amazing, indeed it was.

thank you for the things you've done,
I thank you for being there.
It was good time spent,
there's no doubt to it.
I'll surely treasure this,
till we meet again.
It was good time spent,
I'm sure you'd agree.
Good bye and take care,
I'll see you soon again.

Cravings
There was such a strong urge.
This desire for dried raisins.
I know its weird.
But why raisins?
This desire for dried raisins.

But why raisins?
